holla.
coming at ya this week with a new button.
it was time for a change.
this week, milo and i were embracing the warm weather and girl scout cookies.
how is it that i always manage to eat at least 5 girl scout cookies in one sitting?
peanut butter patties are heaven sent, i tell ya. and since i'm the only one in the house who can eat peanut butter, well then you guessed it. i consume the whole box.
i'm sure my butt will thank me for that 10 years down the road.
enjoying our cookies. {thin mints, of course}
embracing the camera is not about getting the camera out and taking pictures of others.
it's about getting the camera out and getting in front of it.
we want people to actually know we existed.
it's about getting the camera out and getting in front of it.
we want people to actually know we existed.
so, are you ready to embrace the camera?
here's the nitty gritty:
1. take a picture with you and your kids/spouse/family member/friend/whatever.
2. blog about that picture and include a link to our blog, or grab our button.
3. link your blog post up on mr. linky below.
4. visit the other embracers...give each other lots of compliments about how good we look with our greasy hair and sweatpants velour jogging suits on. cause yah, we need a little boost when it's been days since our last shower.
5. have fun!
this week, if you do not put the link to your ACTUAL post, i will be deleting it. if you don't know how to do this, please email me and i can help you. if somebody is ever perusing through old link lists, and you've only linked up your blog, they won't see the embrace the camera post.
thanks much, ladies!

There is going to be a spike in girl scout cookie sales today because of this post... haha
ReplyDeleteMilo is super cute!! =)
Oh man! I have such the same weakness. I eat entire boxes of girl scout cookies every spring. It's a tradition that began about 20 years ago, as soon as I was old enough to have money to buy my own.
ReplyDeleteI love the new button. Maybe I'll pull out the camera today so I can link up. Right now I am ughy mess, in a bath room, with watery, red, tired eyes. I need to finish my coffee.
Do you ever put your thin mints in the freezer? If you haven't. do it now! So good!
ReplyDeleteDon't feel bad, Tagalongs (I refuse to cave and call them peanut butter patties...) are my favie too and I have consumed 2 whole boxes in 2 days. I won't share with you the math I calculated of how many calories that is... Now I'm all depressed thinking about it. Time to go open those other two boxes I have in my freezer.... ;)
ReplyDeletei love this. im really gonna have to do it. really. your kids are aDORable!
